Job Scope
- Client
communication and job order analyzing
- familiar
with all kinds of positions, especially technical positions, be able to
analyze the JD, provide searching information and market rate of the
position to Client
- Recruitment
and Client follow up – interview candidates, make CV, arrange interview
for clients and interview results follow up etc.
- Service
quality program execute and follow up
- Candidate
management and related paper work
- Be
able to handle related liabilities and legal hassles or hr issues for
clients and candidates.
- Client
relationship maintenance and business development
Job Requirement
- Bachelor
degree in technical background is preferred(such as IT or Engineering
related subjects)
- At
least 3 years working experience in hr, sale & marketing or other
relative business field, factory field recruitment experience is preferred
- Be
responsible and hardworking
- Quick
response and quick learner
- Good
issue handling and problem solving capability
- Good
communication skill both in Chinese and English
- Customer-oriented
and good working attitude
- Be
able be work under pressure
